Market Street Team Lead — Fresh Food & Service

Morrisons is seeking a Market Street Team Leader to guide and support our foodmakers across the Market Street counters, from Deli to Bakery and Fresh to Go. You will lead your team to provide friendly service, create vibrant counter displays, and ensure excellent food quality for local shoppers.

You will coach multi-skill colleagues, work with managers to hit sales targets, and uphold food safety and shopkeeping standards daily.
