SUPPLY CHAIN SUPPORT V

Overview

In this role you will plan, schedule and coordinate production activities to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery within our manufacturing operations. You will partner with procurement, quality, and logistics to ensure material availability and accurate delivery timelines. You will analyze production data, generate SAP-based reports, and drive continuous improvement to optimize resources and reduce waste. This position offers the chance to influence end-to-end supply chain performance and customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration. You will work in a SAP-driven environment to support operational excellence and reliable customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules using SAP to meet demand and optimize resources
• Coordinate production workflows considering capacity and materials availability
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to address delays or demand changes
• Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability
• Use SAP to monitor stock levels, forecast material requirements and prevent shortages or excess
• Implement inventory control strategies to reduce waste and costs
• Collaborate with production, procurement, quality and logistics teams to align schedules
• Provide accurate delivery timelines to sales and customer service
• Generate SAP-based reports on production, inventory, and metrics; identify improvements
• Support customer escalations and orders management; communicate delivery updates

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing
• Hands-on SAP experience (e.g., SAP PP, MM or similar modules)
• Strong SAP proficiency for planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management and supply chain principles
• Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent prioritization and multi-deadline management
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
