Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead fit out, refurbishment and modular projects for education sector clients across the South of England. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinating clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure safe, on-time and on-budget outcomes. You will drive high standards from mobilisation through completion, including snagging and handover. This is a hands-on role in a specialist contractor environment with varied projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fit out, refurbishment and modular projects
• Oversee programmes, budgets, subcontractors and site delivery
• Manage client relationships and project meetings
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to a high standard
• Coordinate works through to completion, snagging and handover

Key requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager within construction, fit out or refurbishment
• Strong project planning, organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, programmes and budgets
• Education-sector experience is advantageous but not essential
• Experience with modular construction would be beneficial
