Client Director

Overview

In this role you will lead and refine accounting and tax services for UK limited companies within a prestigious accountancy practice. Based in Harrow with UK travel, you will manage client relationships, supervise regional accountants, and mentor the team. You will drive tax advisory, Corp Tax finalisation, and cloud accounting solutions while ensuring compliance and high-quality service. This position offers a strategic impact in client outcomes and firm growth, combining technical excellence with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Accounts file review and client meetings
• Meeting and taking on board new clients
• Develop excellent relationships with clients
• Ongoing team support and dealing with client complex queries
• Mentor to accountants at the various group company offices

Key requirements

• 10+ years in UK general practice
• ACCA or CIMA or ACA qualified
• CTA qualification is an advantage
• Expert in Accounts Review
• Expert in finalising Corp Tax
• Client management
• Cloud accounting
• Interacting with a variety of clients
• Manage team and mentor
• Providing Tax advice
