Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the day-to-day on a social housing refurbishment site for a leading residential builder in Northampton. You will work closely with a Project Manager to coordinate site activities and oversee safety and method statements. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving progress, quality, and timely delivery while developing your skills within a supportive, employee-focused culture. This is a chance to shape output on a key refurbishment programme and contribute to the company’s growth and reputation.

Pay / Benefits

• Up to 50,000 salary (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Reporting into the Project Manager
• Management of method statements and risk assessments
• In charge of the daily running of the site
