Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
- Act as trusted advisor to clients and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage project teams and oversee programme performance
- Oversee budget performance and cost control
- Mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Support business development activities and opportunities
- Contribute to team leadership and mentoring of junior staff

Key requirements
- Significant experience in construction project management within a consultancy
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects across the full lifecycle
- Degree in construction, engineering, surveying or related discipline
- Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring juniors
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational abilities
