Overview
In this role you will join a growing regional law firm to advise on commercial, technology, IP and data protection matters for a diverse client base. You will manage your own caseload, support senior colleagues on complex transactions, and provide practical, commercially driven advice. Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload across commercial contracts, technology agreements, IP matters and data protection
- Advise on a broad range of commercial issues for diverse clients
- Support senior colleagues on complex transactions and projects
- Provide practical, commercially focused advice to varied client base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE
