Overview
As a Family Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including finances on divorce and children cases, advising unmarried couples and delivering first-class client service. You’ll work within a collaborative Family team in Bristol, supporting cross-office collaboration and contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation recognised by Chambers and Legal 500. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters
- Handle finances on divorce and separation
- Oversee children matters including complex cases
- Advise and assist unmarried couples
- Provide expert advice aligned with your specialism
- Deliver high-quality service through effective file management
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices to meet client needs
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years PQE in family law
- Law degree or equivalent qualification (minimum 2:1)
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Ability to develop business in your area of specialism and support other practice areas
