Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Xerox, you will lead strategic growth initiatives across Financial Services and Insurance sectors in Greater London. You will own end-to-end sales cycles for Xerox’s Print Services and Digital Services portfolio, engaging senior stakeholders and delivering multi-faceted, consultative propositions. You’ll build and convert a sustainable pipeline, shape client solutions, and drive high-value contracts. This role offers impact in a globally recognised company focused on digital transformation and industry-specific innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition in Financial Services and Insurance markets
  • Build, develop, and convert a sustainable pipeline through targeted prospecting and account penetration
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with 1m+ annual contract value
  • Shape and deliver compelling client propositions from discovery to commercial negotiation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers (e.g., CIO, Transformation Leaders)
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists, Architects, Bid Teams, and Delivery functions for winning solutions and RFPs
  • Maintain high CRM discipline (SalesForce and D365) for pipeline accuracy and forecast visibility
  • Remain aligned to market trends, regulatory developments, and ecosystem to identify opportunities

Key requirements

  • 5+ years market experience
  • Proven track record of new business sales in complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success selling into regulated or professional services sectors (Financial Services and Insurance)
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling capability across traditional services and digital transformation offerings
  • Established network and credibility within at least one named vertical market
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders across large, matrixed organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to articulate value, ROI, and outcomes
