Training & Implementation Specialist – Midlands

Overview

As Implementation Specialist, you guide clinics through onboarding and custom workflow setup for our AI-powered orthodontic platform. You train clinicians, support ongoing adoption, and serve as the technical bridge between customers and our product. You collaborate with sales and success teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and advocate for new protocols. This role combines hands-on dentistry experience with technology enablement to improve patient care at scale.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and tailor workflows for each office
• Train clinicians and dental teams to use DentalMonitoring solutions
• Nurture existing customers to maximize AI-enabled benefits
• Build strong customer relationships and advocate for the brand
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and the DentalMonitoring platform
• Support and attend local trade shows
• Coordinate with regional sales, customer success, inside sales, and field reps to optimize onboarding
• Influence adoption of new protocols and address hesitations about disruptive technology
• Travel up to 60% for in-person training and support

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or an equivalent degree
• Excellent consultative / solution-based sales approach
• Consultative, training, and implementation experience
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• High level of IT and computer science knowledge with interest in new technologies
• Diplomatic listening, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Ability to influence clients and challenge established ways of thinking
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
