Overview

In this role you will own the preparation, analysis and submission of regulatory reporting for capital and liquidity, ensuring compliance with interpretations and robust controls. You will support Pillar 3 disclosures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and product launches. You will improve data quality and transparency through profiling and dashboards, and design automation to scale regulatory processes. Responsibilities

  • Own the preparation, analysis and submission of capital and liquidity regulatory reporting
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory interpretations
  • Assist in producing capital and liquidity regulatory reporting and disclosures (including Pillar 3)
  • Execute and improve controls to ensure timely, accurate and complete reporting
  • Ensure high data quality via data profiling and issue investigation
  • Use data visualization tools to build dashboards and enable sign-off and insights
  • Partner with internal teams to inform business decisions and input into new product launches
  • Design automation to scale regulatory work and leverage technology

Key requirements

  • Good understanding of capital requirements, liquidity reports and regulatory frameworks
  • Data-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail
  • Knowledge of coding languages (SQL a bonus) with willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Interest in automating or enhancing recurring processes and collaborating with IT and regulatory change teams
