Overview
In this role you will lead design management for luxury West London residential projects, coordinating design delivery and technical development. You will work closely with developers and construction teams to ensure high-quality, multi-unit schemes are delivered on time and to specification. Responsibilities
- lead design coordination for luxury residential schemes
- manage and develop the design team and stakeholders
- ensure technical delivery and compliance across projects
- liaise with developers, constructors, and consultants

Key requirements
- 5+ years UK construction experience
- Residential project experience, ideally multi-unit
- experience in design/technical/development roles for residential developers
