Overview

In this role you will provide Compliance advisory support to Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s sales and marketing activities. You will review financial promotions for regulatory conformity and collaborate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory requests, policy updates, and training. You’ll contribute to surveillance, forensic reviews, and policy development, shaping how marketing complies with evolving rules. This is a cross‑functional role in London that combines risk management with proactive guidance to business partners.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve financial promotions
• Support the forensic program with ad hoc and programmatic reviews and logging findings
• Represent Compliance on strategic initiatives
• Participate in regulatory identification and implementation projects
• Develop and implement Compliance policies and procedures
• Prepare and deliver Compliance training
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations
• Handle miscellaneous projects as required

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing compliance experience
• Interest in financial markets, asset management and conduct risk
• Strong analytical, organizational, researching and fact-gathering skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to summarize, communicate and defend positions
• Proactive team player with cross-team collaboration
