VAT SENIOR CONSULTANT, Advisory & Compliance, London

Overview

In this role you will provide UK VAT advisory and compliance services to a range of clients within a dynamic, restructuring-focused professional services environment. You will collaborate with a close-knit VAT team and support clients through complex UK and international transactions, including M&A and insolvency. The position emphasizes client communication, adaptability, and resilience under pressure. Hybrid work is available, with a typical three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UK VAT advisory and compliance support for client projects
• Collaborate within a small, specialist VAT team in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to advisory work at crucial points of clients’ business cycles, including restructuring, M&A and insolvency scenarios
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
• Maintain high-quality deliverables under pressure in a busy setting
