You work within PA’s Operations and Improvement practice to deliver measurable benefits through Lean, Six Sigma and change initiatives. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, facilitate workshops, and navigate senior stakeholder discussions to secure lasting improvements. Responsibilities
- Lead assignment workstreams and teams to deliver operational improvement
- Facilitate workshops and provide evidence-based insights
- Drive process optimisation, service design, and change implementation
- Develop and deliver training and capability building
- Engage with senior stakeholders across client organisations to influence decisions
- Contribute to business development and building new client opportunities
Key requirements
- Experience delivering operational improvement in financial services (front/middle/back office)
- Proven ability to lead assignments and teams
- Track record of realising business benefits
- Experience with digital technologies, cost improvement and change management
- Leadership skills in large, diverse project teams
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate challenging discussions
