Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of defendant catastrophic injury, EL, PL, and RTA claims
• Draft pleadings and client reports; attend court hearings
• Conduct liability investigations, gather evidence, and instruct experts
• Manage complex medical causation issues
• Prioritise work to meet court deadlines and SLAs
• Build and maintain client relationships; grow networks
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in defendant personal injury
• Technical expertise and interest in EL, PL, RTA, or catastrophic injury
• Experience handling high-value files (independently or with seniors)
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a commercial environment
• Organised, proactive, and confident in managing complex matters
