Overview
In this role you design, build and assure cyber and technology resilience for clients in financial services or corporates, within Deloitte’s Cyber practice. You work across architecture, delivery and business development to mature resilience capabilities and drive impactful outcomes in a fast-evolving threat landscape. You’ll lead technical delivery, engage clients, and shape resilience solutions at scale with cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide backup, cloud, and data-centre resilience while advancing Deloitte’s cyber capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and requirements gathering for cyber resilience engagements
- Drive end-to-end technical delivery, configuration and deployment of resilience solutions
- Develop and execute testing strategies, including recovery exercises and simulations
- Embed solutions into client operations with defined runbooks and operating models
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and hand over to client teams with training and documentation
- Manage client relationships and create collateral for proposals, eminence, and go-to-market materials
- Lead engagements and proposals, working with alliances to build a pipeline of work
- Deliver projects in complex, time-constrained environments and manage risk and contracting
- Contribute to team eminence and capability development within the Deloitte Cyber and Technology Resilience practice
- Communicate cyber resilience concepts to stakeholders from technical staff up to Board level
Key requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in cyber and/or technology resilience
- Extensive hands-on experience in cyber resilience/design and delivery
- Strong client-facing leadership and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with resilience standards and frameworks and aligning them to client needs
- Industry experience in financial services or corporate sectors (TMT, ER&I, LSHC, Consumer)
- Ability to produce client-friendly materials and articulate complex ideas clearly
- Commercial acumen to develop proposals, cost estimates and compelling offers
- Solid project management skills in complex environments
