Overview

In this role you drive regional sales growth for the UK and Ireland by building distributor networks, engaging architects and design-build firms, and leveraging the Clerkenwell showroom as a strategic hub. You’ll align regional go-to-market plans with global objectives, forecast revenue with the global team, and stay ahead of market trends to secure key projects. You will shape the UK footprint through events, demonstrations and partner support, delivering high-value solutions with cross-functional collaboration.

Pay / Benefits

  • Salary of 60,000 – 65,000 per annum plus commission
  • Based at the Clerkenwell showroom, London
  • Coverage of the UK and Ireland territory

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for the UK & Ireland
  • Build and manage distributors and partners with training and support
  • Engage architects and design-build firms to generate opportunities
  • Transform the Clerkenwell showroom into a venue for events, demos, and thought leadership
  • Own regional sales pipeline and revenue targets; coordinate with global commercial team on forecasting
  • Monitor market trends, identify upcoming projects, and secure major clients
  • Collaborate with international teams, architects, and ESG experts to tailor UK solutions
  • Represent the brand at key events to boost visibility and market position
  • Balance client visits, showroom work, networking, and strategic project coordination
  • Share market intelligence to inform UK growth strategy

Key requirements

  • 5+ years in BD or sales within architecture, design & build, furniture or interior design sectors in the UK
  • Experience in managing distributor and dealer relationships and developing regional partner networks
  • Track record in growth strategies and partner support via training and joint business planning
  • Understanding of the UK architecture/design-build community, especially emerging professionals
  • Experience in international collaboration across diverse markets and cultures
  • Familiarity with real estate/workplace fit-out market; ability to engage major end users
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of leading workshops
  • Fluency in English
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and travel/event management capability
  • Proficiency with CRM and office software; data-driven lead management and reporting
