Responsibilities

• Advise financial institutions, alternative lenders, funds and sponsors on a range of financings
• Lead or support capital call, NAV, hybrid, GP/co-invest and SMA facilities
• Work on structuring fund-related transactions and partnership documents
• Collaborate within a friendly, collegiate team and manage complex transactions
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives and client relationships

Key requirements

• 6+ years PQE in funds finance
• Experience acting for both lenders and sponsors/borrowers
• Strong drafting skills and excellent academics
• Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
• Ability to manage complex transactions independently and in teams
• Willingness to contribute to marketing and business development
