Trade & Transaction Reporting Business Analyst / Project Manager

Overview

Capco seeks BAs and PMs to lead trade and transaction reporting change initiatives for global regimes. You will translate regulations into business, functional, and data requirements and collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Tech, and vendors to embed control frameworks. You’ll govern data lineage and remediation as you support EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, and other regimes. This is a chance to shape reporting programs for Tier 1 institutions in a collaborative, transformation-focused culture. You will drive impactful, regulatory-ready solutions that improve transparency and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and delivery of global reporting change initiatives
• Translate regulatory obligations into business, functional, and data requirements
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, Tech, and vendors to embed control frameworks
• Support implementation across regimes including EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, and others
• Provide governance and oversight on traceability, data lineage, and remediation

Key requirements

• Experience delivering transaction reporting change as BA or PM within financial services
• Practical understanding of at least one reporting regime (e.g. EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, HKMA)
• Proficiency in drafting requirements, use cases, and test scenarios
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle flows across Equities, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
• Knowledge of control processes, reconciliation, and exception management in reporting
