Overview

As an Associate AI Platforms Engineer, you will implement and manage enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) across the business. You’ll support pilots, onboard users, run trainings, and handle day-to-day admin tasks to keep platforms healthy. This hands-on, early-career role offers a path to more senior platforms work as the function scales. You’ll work closely with IT, Security, and Information Protection to drive safe, governed adoption of AI at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Support rollout of AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) across the business, including pilot waves and onboarding
  • Perform day-to-day administration: licensing, basic configuration, user provisioning, troubleshooting
  • Create and deliver training materials and enablement sessions (lunch-and-learn, office hours)
  • Maintain documentation, FAQs, and internal knowledge content
  • Collect and present adoption/usage data to inform the team
  • Triage user questions and escalate to senior or specialized teams as needed
  • Collaborate with Information Protection on content readiness (sensitivity labels, access hygiene)
  • Gain exposure to Snowflake-based AI platform (Cortex Code, Cortex Agents) and support early users
  • Monitor platform roadmaps and advocate for useful new features
  • Develop small Low-Code solutions to address practical problems

Key requirements

  • 2 to 4 years in IT, platform engineering, technology operations, or enterprise SaaS administration in a corporate environment
  • Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 (admin centers, licensing, provisioning, configuration)
  • Experience as named admin for a team or enterprise tenant is preferred
  • Power user of enterprise AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Knowledge of governance/adoption of enterprise AI (content readiness, access hygiene, sensitivity labeling)
  • Experience contributing to technology rollout/adoption programmes (pilots, onboarding, training, post-deployment support)
  • Awareness of Microsoft enterprise tech (Entra ID, Purview) and collaboration with IT/Security/Info Protection
  • Experience with low-code platforms (Quickbase or Power Apps/Power Automate, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian) is a plus
  • Experience with other enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday) is a plus
  • Awareness of multi-region AI regulation (EU AI Act) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
  • Independent planning and delivery of enablement activities
  • Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration
  • Proficiency with AI tools and prompt engineering
  • Low-code platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate, Quickbase, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian)
