Alpha Solution Architect, Managing Director

Overview

As Lead Alpha Architect for Asset Owners, you will shape the future of our Asset Owner business within Private Markets and Front office. You will design and implement solutions on our front-to-back platform, engaging clients and translating their workflows into scalable offerings. You’ll analyze data and client processes to identify improvements, guide requirements, and oversee projects from design to support. This role blends deep domain know-how with hands-on solution delivery, offering impact across technology, risk, and client outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure value for Asset Owners and OCIO clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of innovative front-to-back solutions for Asset Owner and OCIO clients
• Build strong client relationships and communicate solution value
• Analyze client workflows to identify optimization opportunities
• Leverage data analysis to inform design and assess risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Oversee project lifecycle from design to ongoing support
• Develop platform expertise and act as SME on the front-to-back platform
• Support business development with consultative guidance to prospects

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• 10+ years in financial services with focus on Asset Management, Asset owners, OCIO workflows
• Proven grounding in Front Office or Private Markets within Asset Owner/OCIO
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex solutions
• Deep understanding of front, middle, and back office operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard software tools (Bloomberg AIM, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Statpro, ORION)
