Overview

As Spain Customer Supply Chain Manager you partner with LOC and regional teams to align local market needs with regional supply chain activities. You support demand and supply planning, customer service, warehousing, distribution, and product availability while monitoring risks and mitigating impacts on patients and operations. You collaborate with distributors and trade customers to optimize inventory, reduce write-offs, and improve logistics and route-to-market models. This role offers cross-functional impact and the chance to influence portfolio changes and performance in the Spanish market.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a supply chain business partner to LOC stakeholders, supporting objectives and regional priorities
  • Collaborate with regional supply planning to review current and future requirements and participate in SCIM meetings
  • Manage supply constraints and lead LOC meetings with Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance stakeholders
  • Partner with distributors and trade customers to support commercial objectives and market requirements
  • Gather and share insights on demand, sales fluctuations, market trends, and competitive activity
  • Collaborate with demand planning to optimize inventory levels and reduce stock write-offs
  • Link LOC and Regional Customer Service Hub to support service delivery and customer requirements
  • Oversee Order-to-Cash in-market service providers and support cost-to-serve, logistics, and distribution efficiency
  • Support route-to-market and distribution model decisions for the local market
  • Lead supply chain activities for portfolio changes including launches, discontinuations, divestments, and price changes

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field
  • Experience in supply planning, demand planning, warehousing, customer service, logistics, or related functions
  • Experience collaborating with commercial, sales, and marketing teams
  • English and Spanish language skills for professional communication
  • Exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes
