Overview
Senior Pricing Actuary to lead Zurich’s High Net Worth Personal Lines pricing team in London. You will manage a small team, drive pricing insights, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to track financial targets. The role combines technical modelling with stakeholder communication to effect pricing and performance improvements. This is a flexible role with part-time, job-share or full-time options, offering meaningful impact in a supportive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of pricing support for the HNW business
- Manage a team of two to three analysts from graduate to near-qualified
- Engage with internal stakeholders via clear, proactive communication
- Apply claim trend analysis, forecasting and predictive modelling to deliver insights
- Collaborate with Retail Pricing Leaders, Underwriting, Reserving, Claims and Finance
- Develop and maintain actuarial data and systems, driving efficiencies
- Coach junior colleagues in technical and soft skills
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture
Key requirements
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Good market, risk and business awareness for Personal Lines/HNW
- Experience in a Personal Lines Pricing role
- Proficiency with MS Office; PowerBI, SQL, R; Radar knowledge advantageous
- Experience with HNW business or pricing portfolios advantageous
