Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
- Provide clear, client-focused advice throughout transactions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties
- Ensure files are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the continued success and reputation of the Property team
Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
