Responsibilities
- Advise on complex employment matters including restructuring, restrictive covenants, reputational risk, and data privacy
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and industrial relations matters
- Support TUPE transactions and cross-border employment projects
- Collaborate with colleagues in incentives, immigration, pensions, and health & safety
- Work with high-profile clients across sectors such as financial services, telecoms, technology, retail, and media
- Engage in international work and secondment opportunities
- Contribute to business development and strategic planning
Key requirements
- 6+ years PQE in employment law (contentious and non-contentious)
- Experience advising on complex employment matters and litigation
- Familiarity with TUPE, trade union issues, and reputational risk management
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
