In this role you will join a Digital Assets practice within a growing Structured Finance team in Bristol, advising on tokenised structures for a diverse international client base. You will work at the intersection of structured finance, derivatives and cryptoassets, shaping innovative transactions and regulatory solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-border teams and help expand the practice through business development and high-quality drafting. Responsibilities
- Advising on complex transactional matters involving digital assets and tokenised structures
- Supporting clients on regulatory, legal and structuring issues relating to cryptoassets and emerging technologies
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating structured finance and transaction documentation
- Collaborating with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional mandates for financial institutions, funds and corporate clients
- Contributing to business development initiatives and helping to expand the digital assets practice
Key requirements
- 1-4 years’ PQE in a leading commercial law firm
- experience in structured finance, derivatives or financial regulatory work
