Responsibilities

• Draft and advise on commercial contracts and licensing arrangements
• Counsel on technology contracts and related agreements
• Advise on data protection matters, including subject access requests
• Handle Freedom of Information Act requests and data usage issues
• Partner with key clients and collaborate on cross-team projects
• Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships

Key requirements

• Commercial and data protection lawyer with 2+ years’ PQE or up to Senior Associate
• Strong technical skills in data protection and contracts
