Legal AI Advisor, EMEA

Overview

In this role you help law firms, corporates, and government clients adopt Relativity’s AI platform to transform legal workflows. You work at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, focusing on scalable adoption of AI tools for lawyers. You will build trust with legal users, translate complex AI capabilities into actionable insights, and influence product direction through valid customer feedback. This position offers impact at scale in a leading legal tech environment, with opportunities to shape how AI transforms legal work in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and transformation opportunities
• Engage as a credible peer with partners, associates, and in-house counsel
• Support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives
• Lead tailored product demonstrations linking Relativity’s AI to real legal use cases
• Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption to drive sustained usage
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes
• Collaborate with Customer Success to translate adoption into growth and measurable impact
• Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering on usability and needs
• Help refine product capabilities to better serve lawyer workflows
• Contribute to playbooks and scalable assets for customer engagement
• Translate AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals and explain impact on practice areas
• Support internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviors

Key requirements

• Qualified lawyer admitted and in good standing in at least one EMEA jurisdiction
• 3+ years of legal practice experience (litigation preferred)
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences
• Curiosity about AI and its potential in legal work
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR
• Knowledge of litigation and regulatory investigations workflows
