Corporate Associate – Private Equity (3–5 PQE)

Overview

In this role you will support a leading Private Equity team in a top London law firm to handle high-value, complex transactions. You will work on buyouts, investments and exits, from inception to completion, while coordinating due diligence and drafting key documents. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team. Responsibilities

• Advise on private equity transactions, including buyouts, investments and exits
• Support M&A deals from inception to completion
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with specialist teams
• Build relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders

Key requirements

• 3–5 years’ PQE in Corporate M&A / Private Equity
• Trained at a well-regarded law firm with strong technical grounding
• Experience on private equity transactions (sponsor-side preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work-streams
