Responsibilities

  • Deliver large-scale, complex projects from definition to completion
  • Lead and develop project teams, set objectives and manage performance
  • Establish delivery plans, governance, and controls to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes
  • Coordinate multiple consultants and contractors
  • Plan and track budgets, identify variances, and control delivery targets
  • Provide process improvements and best-practice recommendations
  • Present risks, issues, and mitigations to senior management
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and progress
  • Translate business objectives into financial targets and project plans
  • Support talent development and succession planning
  • Contribute to Currie & Brown’s strategic vision for respective projects

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Project management certification or accreditation (e.g., PMP)
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex projects
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams
  • Strong pre- and post-contract experience
  • Excellent contract administration experience
  • Executive-level stakeholder management experience
  • Industry experience in hospitality or related sectors
