ASSOCIATE ENGINEER

Overview

As an Associate Engineer, you will lead project teams and oversee technical delivery within a growing London consultancy. You’ll manage client relationships, coordinate design development, and drive project performance across infrastructure, structures, and mixed-use schemes. The role combines technical leadership with mentoring to develop the wider practice and support the London operation’s growth. Key requirements

• Chartered status with ICE or IStructE (or equivalent)
• degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• strong technical and project management skills
• experience in client management, design development, and leading engineering teams
• experience in construction engineering, structural engineering, or multidisciplinary consultancy
