Digital Portfolio Manager

Overview

In this role, you lead portfolio governance and reporting for a multi-million transformation program within Mace Consult. You will act as a core member of the Transformation Portfolio Office, driving data‑driven decision support and executive oversight. You shape the portfolio roadmap, benefits tracking, and investment reporting to enable value delivery. The position offers exposure to global transformation initiatives and opportunities to influence governance, reporting quality, and cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio reporting and integrated portfolio roadmap
• Lead Transformation Board and Steering Committee reporting packs
• Manage benefits realisation tracking and value dashboards
• Own portfolio budget, forecast and investment reporting
• Lead resource demand and capacity planning analysis
• Develop Power BI executive dashboards and reporting automation
• Track portfolio risks, issues, dependencies and decisions
• Support investment prioritisation and business case evaluation
• Act as deputy to the Digital Portfolio and PMO Manager when required

Key requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Programme Management or Transformation functions
• Advanced Power BI and Excel capability
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation portfolios
• Desirable: MoP, MSP, P3O, Prince2 or Power BI certifications
