Overview

In this role you lead the Discovery experience for a global, scale-driven platform that connects members with hotels, restaurants and events. You shape long-term strategy and roadmaps with product, design and engineering across multiple hubs. You’ll drive AI-powered personalization, ranking and merchandising to surface relevant, premium options. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to transform data into a luxurious browsing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision and roadmap for search and discovery, optimizing ranking for highly relevant results
  • Champion AI/ML driven personalization to surface content and inventory
  • Build tools for highlighting curated collections, campaigns and partnerships
  • Define discovery metrics and run rigorous experiments to improve content discoverability
  • Mentor junior PMs and collaborate with Data Science, Engineering and Design to create a seamless user experience

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong background in search, e-commerce merchandising or algorithmic personalization at scale
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous, evolving environments and set strategic direction
  • Excellent executive communication skills to align stakeholders and discuss complex architectures
  • Strategic vision with ability to anticipate market trends and translate data into opportunities
  • Analytical rigor with comfort in data science concepts and measuring ML feature impact
  • Fluency in English
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Strong communication with stakeholders (including C-level)
  • Bias for experimentation and data-driven decision making
