Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale logistics and supply chain transformation programmes from planning to delivery
• Govern timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to meet objectives
• Engage senior operational, commercial, and IT stakeholders to secure programme success
• Track benefits and ensure outcomes align with business cases
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coach Project Managers
• Drive change management to support adoption and long-term improvement
• Identify, manage, and mitigate programme risks and report progress to senior leadership
