Project Engineering Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead capital and improvement projects across a heavy industrial manufacturing site. You will manage projects from concept to completion, delivering plant upgrades, infrastructure improvements and process enhancements. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, HSEQ and R&D to improve plant reliability while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The position places you at the heart of engineering excellence in a global, regulated environment. A strong focus on delivering on time and within budget will shape your impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from concept through to completion
• Deliver plant upgrades, modifications and infrastructure improvements
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, HSEQ and R&D teams
• Ensure compliance with COMAH and ATEX regulations
• Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
• Lead capital and continuous improvement initiatives across site
