Overview

As a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Investment Management & Wealth Operations and Domain Solutions, you guide large-scale transformation initiatives for UK Wealth Managers, aligning technology strategy with business priorities. You’ll lead project delivery, shape roadmaps, and cultivate trusted client relationships across IT, operations and risk. You work with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes on time and to quality, while contributing to an inclusive and collaborative culture. Responsibilities

• Lead on projects for UK Wealth Managers, setting priorities and direction with the client
• Provide guidance on Wealth technology and establish strategy and implementation roadmaps
• Support clients through discovery and transformation lifecycle
• Deliver client work that meets or exceeds expectations and supports engagement objectives
• Work in diverse teams to achieve measurable outcomes within time and quality constraints
• Leverage experience in operational transformation to support complex agendas and roadmaps
• Develop trusted client relationships with stakeholders across business and technical domains
• Promote adherence to defined accelerators and standards within programmes
• Contribute to firm growth and diversity & inclusion initiatives within operations & industry domain solutions
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior staff

Key requirements

• Direct experience in the UK wealth management market (consulting or industry)
• Experience managing vendor relationships in a multi-vendor environment
• Ability to advise on strategic direction for UK Wealth Management clients
• Understanding of UK wealth management propositions
• Participation in wealth platform transformation projects across technology and business domains
• Experience driving large-scale transformational change programmes
• Knowledge of end-to-end Investment/Wealth Management value chain
• Experience designing and shaping target operating models (TOM) aligned to client priorities
• Skills in process re-engineering and end-to-end process design
