ERP Project Management

Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale global ERP transformation, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will work with programme leadership, business stakeholders, and partners to drive governance, risk management, and organisational change across cross-functional teams. You will shape delivery through integrated planning, robust governance, and proactive issue resolution, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Mobilise and deliver a global ERP transformation from initiation to business-as-usual transition
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans aligned to objectives, milestones, resources and budgets
• Establish governance structures (steering committees, boards, working groups) and executive reporting
• Manage scope with robust change control throughout the lifecycle
• Lead programme reporting including RAID, financial tracking, milestone and executive updates
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies with escalation paths
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, finance, technology, operations and partners
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders to drive engagement and alignment
• Work with business analysts and solution teams to define and prioritise requirements for the future state
• Support ERP design, configuration, testing, data migration, integration and business readiness
• Collaborate with Change Management to drive stakeholder engagement, communications and user adoption
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Manage third-party vendors and partners to meet obligations and timelines
• Promote project management best practice and continual improvement
• Provide leadership and coaching to project teams to maintain a high-performing delivery environment
