Overview

As AI Programme Manager in Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management practice, you lead large AI transformation initiatives that span business, technology, data, risk, and operations. You will align governance and delivery with client strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to realise measurable value. The role blends programme leadership with responsible AI, governance, and practical application of generative and other AI technologies to improve decision-making and efficiency within regulated environments. You will help shape AI adoption across top WM clients while benefiting from Capco’s collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI, Generative AI, and emerging AI transformation programmes across WM organisations, including governance, planning, risk management, and delivery
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across investments, distribution, adviser services, client operations, technology, risk, compliance, and product to define roadmaps and AI-enabled capabilities
• Drive governance, KPI tracking, benefits realisation, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams
• Incorporate responsible AI, regulatory, risk, and governance considerations into delivery and embed controls throughout the lifecycle
• Contribute to Capco’s growth through client relationship management, thought leadership, and sharing practical AI transformation insights
• Support AI-infused delivery and explore how approved AI tools can enhance programme delivery while preserving human judgement and governance

Key requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale programmes within Wealth & Asset Management
• Strong understanding of programme management, governance, Agile and hybrid delivery in regulated environments
• Knowledge of AI technologies (Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation) and their practical application in WM
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and translate strategies into executable delivery plans
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
