In this role you will join a premier global city law firm’s leveraged finance practice, handling cross-border and domestic financing for sponsors. You will work within a finance-led team on mezzanine and senior transactions, acquisition financings, bond structures, and security documents, contributing to high-caliber, cross-border deals. Responsibilities

• Work on leveraged finance transactions including cross-border deals
• Handle mezzanine and senior acquisition financing for PE and sponsors
• Structure bonds including loan and high-yield instruments
• Prepare and review facility and intercreditor agreements
• Draft and perfect security documents

Key requirements

• 3–5 PQE, E&W qualified
• Leveraged finance experience at a US, MC, SC or Top 20 City law firm
• Excellent academic record
