Overview
As a lawyer in Dechert’s Finance & Real Estate practice, you bring 4–6 PQE and specialize in securitised and structured products for European and UK insurers. You will work on documentation and regulatory aspects of insured bonds, SRT transactions, rated note feeders, and matching adjustment eligible bonds, contributing to high-value matters. You will join cohesive client teams and develop business relationships, supporting clients with complex regulatory challenges. This role offers the chance to deepen expertise in structured finance while collaborating across global teams. Responsibilities
- Documentation and regulation of securitised and structured products for European and UK insurers (insured bonds, SRT transactions, rated note feeders, matching adjustment eligible bonds)
- Develop skills in securitised/structured product areas
- Build cohesive client teams and develop business relationships
Key requirements
- 4–6 years PQE
