Overview
In this role you will lead the delivery of a major regeneration scheme in East London, overseeing a 650-unit development with substantial commercial space. You will work closely with the Development Director and cross-functional teams to meet contractual obligations, project guidelines, and milestones while maintaining high performance and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities
- Implement project strategy for a major regeneration scheme
- Manage contract negotiations and development aspects to meet obligations
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines and goals
- Provide regular updates to senior directors
- Liaise with required departments and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Drive high performance and allocate work with deadlines
- Mentor trainees and lead by example
