Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload on commercial property matters such as sales, acquisitions, and refinancing
- Advise on commercial leases and landlord-tenant issues
- Work with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy, and diversification projects
- Handle pension property transactions
- Provide high-standard, client-focused legal service
- Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the team
Key requirements
- At least 4 years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
- Experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Strong organisational ability and ability to manage a busy caseload
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
