IT Owner Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring

Overview

In this role you own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of the Financial Crime Transaction Monitoring Platform within the Cross Product Platform team. You will drive design, development and architectural evolution across EMEA, leveraging NICE Actimize SAM where advantageous. You’ll work hands-on with data warehouses, ETL, and SQL, while acting as the technology product owner to secure funded roadmaps and long-term assets. The role combines technical delivery with strategic oversight, in a hybrid London‑based setting that supports cross‑border collaboration and impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, development and delivery of the Transaction Monitoring Platform across EMEA
• Architectural evolution and platform modernization within the Financial Crime domain
• Manage funded roadmaps and long-term technology assets as technology product owner
• Hands-on support and development for Transaction Monitoring systems, including NICE Actimize SAM
• Oversee data warehouse environments, ETL processes, and SQL-based data extraction/analysis
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align with regulatory and business needs

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with Transaction Monitoring systems and NICE Actimize SAM
• Deep understanding of data warehouse environments
• Solid experience with ETL, data extraction and SQL
• Experience as a Financial Crime / Compliance technology product owner or change lead
• Delivery-focused track record and ability to manage roadmaps and assets
