PCI DSS Advisory & Service Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you drive PCI DSS certification services for the UK & Ireland, aligning client projects with SGS’s trusted digital assurance offerings. You act as a technical liaison with the Business Development Team, delivering assessments onsite and remotely. Your expertise supports bid opportunities and strengthens client trust through rigorous PCI DSS delivery. You will shape how we scale PCI DSS capabilities and guide customers toward compliant, secure operations. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role with a clear impact on growth and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PCI DSS certification process
• Serve as SME for PCI DSS during client discussions and bids
• Deliver PCI DSS assessments onsite and remotely
• Support development of the PCI DSS business in the UK & Ireland
• Act as technical liaison to clients alongside the Business Development Team

Key requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a similar role
• Registered Quality Security Assessor (QSA)
• Experience in PCI DSS assurance auditing
• Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 27001 / 42001
• Degree in computer science, IT or engineering
• Full UK driving licence
