Overview
In this role you shape TransUnion’s corporate reputation across the UK and Europe, aligning regional messaging with global frameworks. You lead crisis and issues-based campaigns, support broader corporate and marketing strategies, and coach senior spokespeople. You work with in-region agencies and internal teams to drive measurable communications impact that reinforces trust in the company. This is a cross-functional, strategic position focused on reputation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain UK & Spain (Europe) PR strategy aligned with global frameworks
- Coordinate topics and campaigns around regulatory and industry changes
- Support corporate, communications, and marketing strategies including product announcements and thought leadership
- Communicate strategy, messaging, content, and measurement to stakeholders
- Manage in-region PR agencies and other suppliers
- Coach spokespeople for media opportunities; arrange external media training
- Develop and mentor junior talent within Corporate Affairs and Communications
- Report KPI and evaluation metrics aligned to business goals
- Maintain core corporate materials (strategy, planners, messages, media lists)
- Monitor market insights and conduct competitor tracking
- Be a member of crisis/incident communications team (DIRT)
- Provide ad-hoc consultancy to senior teams and group functions
- Support priority client communications impacting corporate reputation
- Manage in-region internal communications with Director of International Internal Communications
- Enable wider stakeholder outreach and knowledge sharing
