Overview
In this role you will help develop and strengthen the bank’s regulatory-change framework. You will work with compliance, business teams, and external advisers to interpret regulations, shape governance forums, and deliver actionable information to senior stakeholders. You’ll drive improvements to how regulatory obligations are tracked and reported, and contribute to broader compliance transformation. This is a chance to influence a developing function and have real impact on regulatory risk management in a top-tier bank.

Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the bank
- Coordinate allocation of regulatory changes to compliance specialists and business stakeholders
- Maintain the regulatory obligations register
- Track actions and progress of regulatory developments
- Produce clear management information for senior stakeholders and governance committees
- Support newly established regulatory-change forums
- Contribute to compliance transformation and framework-enhancement projects
- Collaborate with Compliance, the wider business, and external advisers
Key requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant regulatory change, compliance governance, regulatory affairs, or related experience
- Experience in an investment bank preferred, or strong regulatory-change understanding from consulting, asset management, or other financial-services environments
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory developments and produce high-quality MI
- Strong analytical, organizational, and inquisitive mindset with ownership of work
