In this roleyou will lead social media programmes for a diverse client base from a Shoreditch agency, partnering with CEO and MD on growth. You will provide strategic guidance to both consumer and corporate brands while showcasing strong presenting skills and initiative. You will manage multiple brands simultaneously, acting as a social chameleon to deliver creative and strategic campaigns that align with the agency’s mission. Responsibilities

• Lead social media programmes across consumer and corporate clients
• Provide strategic advice and direction on campaigns
• Collaborate with CEO and MD on new business and organic growth
• Develop and communicate strategic plans for multi-brand campaigns
• Present strategy and campaign results to clients and leadership
• Manage multiple brands simultaneously with a focus on creativity and initiative
• Support the team of social media specialists with strategic guidance
• Contribute to maintaining a diverse client base and high-quality work

Key requirements

• More than five years’ agency experience
• Track record of delivering successful social media campaigns for major brands
• Strong initiative, creativity, and passion for social media
• Excellent presenting and communication skills
