Overview
As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will guide technical delivery on residential high-rise schemes in East and West London. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor complex designs, ensuring quality and compliance while maintaining programme momentum. You will lead and develop project colleagues and engage with key stakeholders to align technical solutions with project goals. Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical delivery on residential high-rise schemes
- Monitor and steer complex design progress across disciplines
- Engage with stakeholders to secure alignment and resolve design issues
- Lead and develop team members and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Apply commercial insight to design and delivery decisions
Key requirements
- Prior experience as a technical Coordinator or senior technical Coordinator, ideally with another residential developer
- Strong design and CAD experience with emphasis on residential high-rise buildings
- Strong stakeholder engagement
