Senior Recruitment Consultant

Overview

In this role you will lead your own recruitment desk within Edinburgh, focusing on the construction and built environment sectors. You will build and sustain client relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop a strong network of candidates, acting as a trusted partner. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment process with support from an experienced team, driving long-term growth and market presence. Responsibilities

• Own and develop your recruitment desk in a construction/built environment market
• Build and manage client relationships and long-term partnerships
• Develop candidate networks and execute end-to-end recruitment processes
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market growth
• Collaborate with the team to deliver against targets and policies
• Participate in hybrid work model and leverage onsite facilities

Key requirements

• Recruitment consultancy experience and proven desk management
• Confidence speaking with clients and candidates at all levels
• Ability to develop new business and build long-term relationships
• Construction recruitment experience preferred or experience in closely aligned technical markets
